Steps On How To Register Uniben Courses Online

Founded in 1970, the University of Benin is a federal government-owned higher education institution located in the city of Benin City in Edo state. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the National Universities Commission, Nigeria, the University of Benin (UNIBEN) has a very large student enrollment (40,000-44,999 range). University of Benin (UNIBEN) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor’s degrees, master’s degrees in several areas of study. This 49-year-old higher-education institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations. The admission rate range is 90-100% making this Nigerian higher education organization a least selective institution.

Cut-off marks and Cut off grades are set by different institutions to make sure only particular people enter their organization. The reason for this is quite clear. Like many other universities in Nigeria, Benin UNIBEN sets a competition between all those citizens who wish to study there and chooses future students based on their academic success and examination achievements. Usually, the UNIBEN cut-off mark is 180 points. However, do not be surprised if you are not accepted into this institution after scoring 180 at the JAMB exams. Those students whose grades are higher are more likely to be admitted into their courses and faculty than Nigerians with the minimum cut-off mark.
