Certificate In Community Health (JCEW)
Minimum of three (3) O’level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, and Biology with two (2) Passes in any other relevant subjects. Physics and Chemistry are added advantages.
Diploma In Community Health (CHEW)
Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. Holders of the JCHEW Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply and join at 200level.
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry. The result must not be more than ten (10) years old.
Holders of Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA) Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirements can apply.
Pharmacy Technician (Pt)
Five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE / WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Professional Diploma In Health Information Management (HIM)/ (Medical Record)
Minimum of five (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sitting in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics Chemistry.
PART-TIME PROGRAM is available for workers/Civil Servants in health-related fields.
Environmental Health Technician (EVT)
Minimum of Four (4) O’Level credits and 1 Pass at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE /NABTEB which must include English Language, Biology/Health Science, and any 2 of the following Subjects: Mathematics, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, and Agric Science.
Holders of the Environmental Health Assistant Certificate in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply and join at 200Level.
DIPLOMA IN HEALTH
Education And Promotion (HEP)
Minimum of Four (5) O’Level credits at not more than two sittings in GCE/NECO SSCE/WAEC SSCE/NABTEB which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, and any 1 Subject
Holders of Certificate in Health Education and Promotion in addition to the stated Minimum O’Level Requirement can apply and join at 200Level.
