How to Use Goron Tula For Fertility

Fertility is your ability to produce a child. Infertility is when you have had 12 months of unprotected sexual intercourse and you have not become pregnant. Fertility can be affected by many things and there are also ways to increase your chances of becoming pregnant. Being either overweight or underweight can reduce fertility in both men and women. Some research suggests that being overweight might disrupt a range of reproductive processes. This includes the development and quality of the fertilization process and embryo growth. Losing weight could help people overcome some of these difficulties. A 2014 systematic review suggested that women who are overweight or obese can increase the success of their fertility treatment by losing weight. However, it is important to maintain a healthy weight. Being underweight can also impact fertility. Some research shows that women who are underweight have a higher risk of ovarian dysfunction, infertility, and preterm birth. About 10–15% of couples are infertile, in approximately in half of these cases, the underlying cause is related to the male while the other half is related to women.

Important Factors that Can Influence Fertility

Ovulation

Ovulation is when a mature egg is released from the ovary, pushed down the fallopian tube, and is made available to be fertilized. Approximately every month an egg will mature within one of your ovaries. In order to get pregnant, your ovaries must produce and release an egg, a process known as ovulation. Your doctor can help evaluate your menstrual cycles and confirm ovulation.

Sperm Quality

In a man who has reached sexual maturity, the two testicles (or testes) produce and store millions of tiny sperm cells. For most couples, this isn’t a problem unless your partner has a history of illness or surgery. Your doctor can run some simple tests to evaluate the health of your partner’s sperm. A semen analysis, also called “seminogram” evaluates certain characteristics of a male’s semen and the sperm contained therein. It is done to help evaluate male fertility for those seeking pregnancy.

Regular intercourse

A woman is most likely to get pregnant if she has unprotected sex anytime during the six days that end in ovulation, when her body releases an egg. You need to have regular sexual intercourse during your fertile time. The fertile window depends on the length of the menstrual cycle, which varies among women. The ‘fertile window’ is the day an egg is released from the ovary (ovulation) and the five days beforehand. Your doctor can help you better understand when you’re most fertile.

Open fallopian tubes and a normal uterus

Fallopian tubes connect the ovaries to the uterus and play an important role in fertility. Blocked fallopian tubes do not often present symptoms other than difficulty conceiving. The egg and sperm meet in the fallopian tubes, and the embryo needs a healthy uterus in which to grow. In some cases, only one fallopian tube gets blocked. Women can still get pregnant because an egg can still travel through the unaffected fallopian tube. However, if both tubes are completely blocked, fertility without treatment won’t be possible

Age

The most important factor in fertility is age. Women are born with all the eggs they’ll ever have, and as we age, the quantity and the quality of those eggs both decline. A woman’s best reproductive years are in her 20s. Fertility gradually declines in the 30s, particularly after age 35. That means that for every 100 fertile 30-year-old women trying to get pregnant in 1 cycle, 20 will be successful and the other 80 will have to try again.

Genetics

As with so much of our health, genes strongly influence fertility, including the age of menopause. In fact, you’re six times more likely to experience early menopause (before age 40) if your mother, sister, or grandmother experienced it. The most common genetic causes of infertility are chromosomal conditions that affect the way that sperm is produced. These include: Klinefelter syndrome (a condition where you’re born with an extra X chromosome), Y chromosome deletions (a condition where you have genetic material missing from your Y chromosome that is important for sperm production) and other genetic problems, such as Down syndrome. Additionally, researchers at Stanford University recently discovered a link between certain genetic markers and hormone levels that suggests our reproductive lifespan may be very nearly fixed by our genetics.

Hormones

Hormones are the chemical messengers of the body, flowing back and forth between glands and organs to tell them when and how to kick into gear; any change in your hormones can change the way your body functions.  High levels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) in a woman’s blood could reduce chances of getting pregnant. In addition, Insufficient levels of luteinizing hormone (LH), which stimulates the ovaries to release an egg and start producing progesterone, can also be a cause of fertility problems because the right level of progesterone is crucial for ovulation, embryo implantation, and during early pregnancy; not enough, and you could experience infertility or miscarriage.
