Daratumumab, sold under the brand name Darzalex, is an anti-cancer medication. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Darzalex for the treatment of multiple myeloma. This is a form of cancer that affects certain white blood cells called plasma cells. Plasma cells make up a part of your immune system and help fight infections in your body. Treatment duration of up to 25 months has been reported in clinical trials (range 0.1 months to 40.44 months).
