A vaginal yeast infection (vaginal candidiasis) is caused by an overgrowth of a fungus (Candida albicans) that naturally lives in your vagina. How to Prevent Toilet Infection
There are several ways to prevent these infections, we have listed some of the measures here;
Good personal hygiene
Avoid the use of dirty and unkempt public conveniences

Oral contraceptives use can promote candidiasis
Avoid indiscriminate and unprotected sex
Use a feminine hygiene product regularly
Avoid frequent douching.
